English Synopsis
After 30 years, Mr. Manuel and Mrs. Rosa Muñoz are finally on the eve of getting their American Citizenship. There is not much to celebrate, however, as they are barely making enough money to get by, living in a dangerous, drug infested, low income neighborhood that is tearing their family apart.
